YUMMY FUNERAL POTATOES
1- 2lb bag frozen cubed hash browns
16 oz sour cream
2 C grated cheddar
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bunch green onions sliced
¼ C melted butter
Cornflakes

Mix first 5 ingredients together.  Put in greased

9x13 pan.  Cover with crushed cornflakes and sprinkle top with melted butter.  Cook for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.



BILLIE’S FAVORITE BAKED BEANS

1 – 2lb can Pork n Beans
1 Onion Chopped
½ bell pepper chopped
½ C Brown Sugar
½ C Chili Sauce
4 Slices of Bacon

Stir everything together except bacon. 
Put in 9x13 pan. Top with sliced bacon pieces. 
Cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees.



Oatmeal Cake

Place
1 1/4 C. Boiling Water
1 C. Oatmeal
1 Cube Butter 
In mixing bowl & let stand for 20 minutes
Mix in
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. Granulated Sugar
1 1/3 C. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
Pinch of Salt
1 t. Vanilla

Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes

Frosting
6 T. Melted Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Evaporated Milk
1 t. Vanilla
1 C. Chopped Nuts (I use pecans)
1 C. Coconut

Spread frosting over cake and place under broiler until golden and bubbly. Make sure to watch as not to burn.

Delicious Hummus Recipe



You Will Need
  • One 15-ounce can (425 grams) chickpeas, also called garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup (59 ml) fresh lemon juice, about 1 large lemon
  • 1/4 cup (59 ml) tahini (we used Krinos)
  • Half of a large garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon kosher salt, depending on taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water
  • Dash of ground paprika for serving



The Best Soup You'll Ever Make
Ingredients
  • 1 bag of frozen tortellini
  • 1 small bag of spinach
  • 2 cans of Italian style diced tomatoes
  • 1 box or 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 lb. of roll sausage (such as jimmy dean)
Instructions
  1. Brown the sausage, cut the cream cheese in chunks, and put all ingredients into crock pot.
  2. Cook on low 5-6 Hours.
  3. Delicious!

I put the tortellini and cream cheese in for the last hour. This is my family's favorite!

Sprouts
1) Soak seeds in warm water in a jar overnight
(I used about 1.5 T. of seeds)
2) Rinse seeds and empty water from jar.
3) Roll jar so that seeds stick to sides.
4) Keep in dark space.
5) Rinse 2-3 times a day and repeat #2-3 for about three days
6) Let stand on it's side near a window to green up.
They taste so yummy on just about anything.

Cilantro Lime Chicken w/ Corn and Black Beans
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
Juice from 2 limes
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Mix together and zip bag closed.
When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Cook on LOW for 8 hours (or HIGH for 4 hours).

Serve with tortillas and toppings such as with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and cheese.
